THE 7 STEPS:
1. Search and Find an investment opportunity
Actively looking for potential investment prospects by conducting market research, setting investment criteria, utilizing platforms and networks, conducting due diligence.
2. Design of the investment structure
We provide corporate and tax advice to design the most efficient investment structure. We provide advice regarding the financing of the investment.
3. Implementation of the investment structure
We carry out all steps and formalities required to implement the selected investment structure. If required, we offer the client Spanish off-the-shelf companies to execute its investment.
4. Drafting and negotiation of the investment agreements
We draft the relevant investment agreements. We represent the investor during the negotiations of the investment agreements.
5. Execution of the investment
We take care of all formalities required to execute the investment. We may execute the investment on behalf of the investor if need be (for what we will need a PoA executed by the investor in our favor).
6. Filings with relevant authorities
We take care of all required filings to be made in connection with the investment. We intermediate on behalf of the investor vis-a-vis public authorities.
7. Post investment services
Once the investment is completed, we keep track of all investor’s needs in Spain (including, if needed, obtaining a residence permit). We offer a full range of legal, tax, employment, management and financial services.
